Mike had a background in fireproofing prior to founding the company in 2002. Since then he has completed over 1000 commercial projects in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, South Dakota and many more.

Danny Ladesma, Superintendent

Team member since 2009, has worked in all aspects of construction from laborer to now superintendent. Oversees waterproofing, air barrier, coatings, sealants, expansion control

Alex Ladesma, HR, Billing, Payroll

Working behind the scenes to everything that we do on a daily basis. Alex has helped to keep our company logistics running smoothly to ensure that each and every project is backed with the paperwork to accompany it.

Zann Call, Project Manager

With over 16 years of experience Zann has been major part to the company since joining the team. Specializing in SFRM, spray insulation, and intumescent coatings.

Rene Peralta, Superintendent

Rene has been with the company since the very beginning and has vast experience in all types of SFRM. Oversees fireproofing, spray insulation, and intumescent paint.

Grant Christlieb, Project Manager

Grant brought over 30 years as a manufacturer rep and manager in the industry to our team and has helped to expand our reach. Grant oversees waterproofing, air barrier, coatings, and expansion control.

Matthew Johnston, Quality Control

Matt has been with the company for 4 years and has made a dramatic effect on our quality of work. Ensuring all work is completed per code and per manufacturers recommendations. Plays a key role in the success of every project we do.
